All Pro-Shot Benchrest Bore Cleaning Brushes have a specific size for each caliber with each brush being oversized for extended life. All brushes have #8/32 thread, except 17 & 20 Cal. which is 5-40 thread.

This Benchrest Quality unique spear tip brass jag keeps the patch in place when cleaning. A jag draped with a patch completely covers the bore for a superior job of cleaning. For the perfect fit, use Pro-Shot 100% cotton flannel cleaning patches. All jags have #8/32 threads, except 17 Cal. and .20 Cal., which is 5-40 thread.

Pro-Shot Cleaning Rods now have a mirrorlike jeweled finish that is more dense and hardened due to an added new step in our rod manufacturing process. We now burnish/micro polish besides centerless grind and polish our rods for an even denser mirrorlike jeweled finish.

The hardened dense jeweled mirrorlike finish of our rods does not pick up and carry abrasive grit or dirt through the bore. This makes the Pro-Shot micro polished rod the best type of gun cleaning rod to use.

Micro polished hardened stainless steel rods are strong and will last for many years unlike coated or aluminum rods.

A rod stop can be useful in pump, lever, and automatic actions where the cleaning tip should not be forced into the firing pin. The rod stop will shorten the rod to any desired length. The rod stop can be used in combination with the muzzle guard to really make cleaning easier!
